Cancellation Policy

Please show up on time and prepared for counseling. If you are going to be later than ten minutes, reach out to the counselor to reschedule accordingly. Reminder: counseling can only occur in a safe and confidential location. If the client is suicidal or a danger to themself or others, please follow your facility's protocol and policy to ensure their safety. Counseling is for skill building, and we are happy to collaborate with both the team and the client to promote pro-social and respectful sessions.
